Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing husband JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky father. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I write about my experiences- the highs the lows and all between. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. In the age of 1 and 1/4, I joined my parents. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot to have a brighter future, I worked hard to impress them and had tunnel vision in the direction of the success. I had a plan in life: go to college graduate land a corporate job, get married, buy the house, and then have kids. My idea of success was to attend college, graduate and get an employment in a corporation. After that, I'd marry to buy a home and start a family. But life had different plans. Money and the prestige of my work didn't make me feel happy. I felt as if I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. The passion I have for fitness as well as my passion for socializing with other people led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. My small business was started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth in the year 2021. There are very few Asian women have a job in the fashion industry. My mission in this field is to create a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle that meets the needs of my customers. Also, I'm dedicated to empowering others so they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their interests and lead your life to the fullest. While my professional life was taking off, I suffered the greatest loss of my lifein the death of my Mom. To be in Heaven she now rests following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry my Mom with me and dream of her daily. If you don't realize it at first, life has a funny way of giving us what we really require. My mother's unexpected death that shaped me for the better. In my opinion, that it provided me with a chance to live my the next stage of my life. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her next life and for me to have my second chance to live a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life. What I'm experiencing in my 30s is a sense of aliveness and awareness. It's as if I am truly living, rather than just surviving. My story is made available to you so that I can talk about my experience and words. It will allow you to know you're not alone. It is possible to achieving anything you want and more. Therapy is vital as is regular. The health of a person is the most important wealth. My hope is that you live life to the highest level and not have regrets in the end of your life. We are the only certainty in our lives.
